By inviting VoiceSync to your Discord server, using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the bot. If you are using the bot on behalf of a server, you represent that you have authority to bind that server to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
Autoban tier purchases and any other paid features are final. Refunds are not allowed. By completing a purchase, you agree that you will not receive a refund for any reason, including if you change your mind or no longer use the bot. Please ensure you understand the product before buying.

We may suspend or terminate access for users or servers that we reasonably believe violate these rules.
VoiceSync and the website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our operators, affiliates, and suppliers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the bot or website. Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, zero.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceSync and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the bot at any time (e.g. by removing it from your server). We may terminate or suspend your or your server’s access to the bot at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity) will survive termination.
Your use of VoiceSync is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the bot, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the bot or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VoiceSync regarding the service. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
